Any engagement is governed by a separate written service agreement or statement of work executed between Affribute and the client, which prevails over these Terms in respect of that engagement. Our services aim to achieve performance targets (such as a target cost-per-acquisition) agreed with each client. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jakarta, Indonesia, without prejudice to any dispute-resolution mechanism agreed in a separate client service agreement.
